Shipping and returns

Orders leave the studio within three working days.

Postcards and prints travel flat between boards; originals are wrapped in glassine and posted tracked.

If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within seven days of delivery and it will be replaced or refunded in full.

Unopened prints and cards can be returned within seven days of delivery; return postage is yours unless the piece was damaged or wrong. Commissions and personalised work cannot be returned.
